This modern office space was once a boiler room and coal bin for
the nine floors of residential space above it. The entrance is defined
by a patina copper awning. The mezzanine conference room (just inside)
is framed by salvage glass block and fire doors. The hand rail was
constructed with cast iron pipe, the same that is traditionally
used on industrial farms as hog fencing. |
